Warranty Information

• KPT nurtures a dynamic Sales & Service Department comprising of qualified engineers.
• The engineers are deputed as per the urgency of requirements depending on the complaints received in the factory.
• Our service department analyse the feedback received from the clients and improvements in the products are made as per the inputs provided.
• We organize training workshops within the factory to educate clients' technical team comprising engineers about the proper use & maintenance of the products because the products are very sensitive and their improper use will lead to failure.
• KPT has bagged AMC (Annual maintenance contracts) from a few customers & this has resulted in augmentation of the performance & functional life of Blowers.
• KPT also encourages clients to stock minimum required spares for 2 years operation in order to save time in arranging spares & thereby minimizing down time.
• KPT aims to depute service personnel very soon at major locations in North, South & East to deal with customers' grievances in the particular region.
• KPT will make a stock of critical spares at these locations.
• In combination with all these important factors, KPT looks forward to serve the customer requirements in a comprehensive manner.
